We map audience segments, conduct activation audits, and apply our brand heat index to identify locked value within a site. This stage culminates in a detailed approval report covering objectives, financial comments, and risk mitigants.

Stage 2: Development and Design

We evolve a design and budget in parallel to ensure a concept is ready for planning submission. This includes managing the design cycle through multiple iterations to meet the brief and budget requirements.

We provide the full operational wrapper for live activations, ensuring that the strategic vision is delivered with institutional rigour
