STRATEGIC
INSIGHTS

Proven outcomes and legacy activations

Our work is defined by the depth of our research and the precision of our execution. We operate at the intersection of institutional reporting and high-heat cultural delivery. The following projects represent the founding track record of our leadership team and our current strategic partnerships.

Institutional Reporting: Network Rail

CD Land Management was commissioned to provide comprehensive meanwhile use reports for significant sites in Bow East and Swindon. Our work provided the strategic framework for activating these underused urban sites, identifying opportunities to generate interim income while reducing holding costs and vacancy risks.

Public realm and community animation

We have a deep history of working with Business Improvement Districts and local authorities to revitalise public spaces. This includes managing large scale public realm animations and landmark events such as Christmas light switch ons. These projects require complex stakeholder management and the ability to navigate rigorous local government safety and licensing protocols.

Cinematic destinations: Rooftop and drive-in cinema

Our team has pioneered the use of underutilised urban rooftops to create high-performance leisure destinations. From Ealing to Croydon, we have transformed empty building tops into profitable cinematic experiences. We also managed the rapid deployment of drive-in cinema footage and content, proving our ability to adapt destination models to changing market conditions.

Cultural vibrancy: Sport fanzones and festival activations

We have produced and managed significant sport fanzones, festival activations and cultural moments, including operations and high energy content for the Men’s Football World Cup, Six Nations and Ride London. These projects demonstrate our ability to engage diverse audiences and create live content factories that drive organic social reach for both brands and cities.

Lifestyle hospitality and global brand execution

This track record in the operation of activations is further evidenced by our history of delivering high stakes B2B and B2C projects for global leaders including Sky, Disney, and Unilever. We have managed complex, high pressure environments for category defining brands such as FIFA, Budweiser, Puma, and Snapchat, blending premium hospitality with cultural storytelling. By developing a deep understanding of stakeholder requirements, we turn physical stages into busy destinations, ensuring that the benefits of these activations are maximised while risks and operational inefficiencies are minimised
